2020 has some great releases, but I've also read some amazing backlist books!
This is a Top Ten Tuesday, except not 🤣
Mood reading still reigns supreme this month. I may kinda, sorta, maybe stick to a TBR but no promises.
Apparently, my mood also bled into my blogging because I didn't do jack last month 😂
I've only got a few books I'm excited to read in July. This is definitely one of them!
There was much to love about this book. And while the author tackles numerous social issues, the characters and their personal narratives are sorely lacking.
I think my posting this TBR ten days after the beginning of June is testament to my current mood. Though I'd usually love to devour books day by day, I'm not exactly in the mood to do so, especially considering what's been going on in the world today.
I adhered to my sci-fi theme, though I changed up my TBR a bit. But I got through a grand number of books and I managed to finally get to one of my most anticipated rereads this year.
The TBR is looking better and better!
