I thought this book was a really well-written, Mulan-inspired story with a strong female lead! There were some story elements that weren't all that well executed but it was still a very good read. 4 stars!
I read some really fantastic books last week. Hopefully, I can keep that streak of incredible reads going with the next two books on my TBR: The Gentleman's Guide to Vice and Virtue and Now I Rise!
This book has recently become one of my top 10 favorite YA contemporaries. It's just so. good. I'd recommend it to anyone and everyone!
